Delete an Account Transaction
- Using Remove & Redo option you can delete an account transaction from your bank account in Clickentry.
- You must have the adviser or standard user role to delete an account transaction.
Note: You can’t reverse the Remove & Redo action. If you have done this in error then you will have to enter the transaction again.
Remove Multiple Account Transactions
- In the Account menu, select Bank Accounts.
- Go to the desired bank account.
- Click on the Manage Account dropdown button and select Account Transactions option under Find.
- Select the checkbox next to the account transaction you want to delete.
- Click on the Delete button at the top left.
- Click on the Yes button to confirm.
Remove an Individual Account Transaction
- In the Account menu, select Bank Accounts.
- Go to the desired bank account.
- Click on the Manage Account dropdown button and select Account Transactions option under Find.
- Find and open the Account Transaction you want to delete.
- Click on the Options dropdown button and select the Remove & Redo option.
- Click Ok to confirm the deletion.
When you remove or delete a reconciled bank statement line using Remove & Redo a reconciled account transaction then the bank reconciled statement line will return to the reconcile tab of the bank account. And you have to reconcile the bank statement line again.
