In case you are not sure what a bank account statement line is related to then you can enter a comment in the Discuss tab to start a discussion while reconciling a bank statement line.
Even other users with access to bank reconciliation can also view your comments. They can add their own comments as well.
In the Accounts menu, select Bank accounts.
Click on the Reconcile xx items link for the bank account you want to reconcile.
Select Discuss tab in Reconcile tab for which bank statement line you want to add a comment.
You can reconcile a single or multiple bank statement lines with multiple invoices, bills or account transactions entered in Clickentry.
