Find and Change Assigned User Roles
- You can check your existing users and their user roles permissions.
- You can change the user role or permission for yourself or another person only if you have the Manage Users permission.
Find an Assigned User Role
You can check what your user role is for an organisation and any additional permissions you may have.
- In the Settings menu, select Account Settings.
- Click on the User link under the Organisation section.
- Here you can view the list of the users, assigned roles to them and any special permissions they have.
Change a User’s Role
With the Manage Users permission, you can invite new users and change their existing user role. If you don’t have this permission then you need to contact someone who does change your user role.
You can transfer your Clickentry subscription if you need to change your organisation’s subscriber.
- In the Settings menu, select Account Settings.
- Click on the User link under the Organisation section.
- Click on the Edit button next to the username you want to change the user role for.
- Select the feature for which you want them to give access and then choose a user role for each feature.
- (Optional) Select the checkbox If you want to give any special permission to the user.
- Click on the Submit button.
